Herbert Otis of Fairfax County and Surrounding Areas

Looking for Herbert Otis Sr. Born 12/06/32 to a Darrell & Ruby Bell Otis who lived in Springfield, Virginia in the 1970's when I visited. He has a son,Herb Jr. and daughters too. I know one brothers name,Stanley. All of this info comes by third party. Please help. He is my biological father and I need health questions answered to try and help my sons.
