HI I Am Visiting Ireland IN September I Am Wondering How I Might Be Able

Hi, I am visiting Ireland in September & I am wondering how I might be able to possibly locate the graves of Patrick Hoare b.1824 & his wife Catherine or Cate Aherne b.1837. I guess they would be somewhere around the area of where their children were born, Kilderrig - & does that area name still exist.
