researching my father-in-law EUGENE OFFIE LOTT from SCarolina, he married Marie Carroll from Cherryville,NC & had 2 sons born in 1943 in NC. Eugene worked the mills in NCarolina.He disappeared after 1943 & believed he died between 1951-1954, body believed donated to science...didn't have money to bring home to SCarolina.
