Hi Tracy..my grandfathers mother was kjerstine or christina mary skjoth..she married Henry Franklin Sylvester before marrying George Alexander Hobbs. I've done some research but its all quite vague.

Chritina was done for bygamy as she married george while still married...her daughters married skjoths?? bit weird since she was one as thats her maiden name...

Hi Tracy I am Chantal Leséne the daughter of Michelle Trainor who was adopted by Clarice Trainor (Hobbs). Her father was George Alexander Hobbs. His second marriage was with wife Kjestine Marie Hobbs (Skjoth). My mother's birth father is George Pittney who's last name was originally Trainor. George Pittney is by birth my grandfather but through mum's adoption George Alexander Hobbs is my Great Grandfather. If mum wasn't adopted he would be my Great Great Grandfather.
