Hibbard Family

My Hibbard family Line came from England to Mass. to Conn, to Virgina, to Tenneessee, to now Clay County, Kentucky. Most of the Hibbards still live in Manchester, Clay County, Kentucky.

The first Hibbard came to Kentucky is Lemuel Hibbard b.Feb 8, 1742 in Windham, Conn and was kill by Indians in Sept of 1819 in Knox County, Kentuck. The first came to Otter Creek, Clay County, Kentucky is Col. John Hibbard married to Margaret "Peggy" Barbour
