Thats just my problem Markav ,all who could have help has passed away from gnddad gran and her 3 children ,un fortunely my Dad cannot help due to health, my only aunt living i have no contact details on.i will have to go to the Municipality [borrough] of Springs Gauteng South Africa myself, as in South africa One cannot obtain info From the Govt Departments on the web,. I will have to postpone the search until i have more info ,thanks for trying to help,i tried to do a potluck search, sorry if The inconvinance.please excuse my spelling. Thanks Reuben Els
