Evangelisch means the type of religion, evangelist as far as i can see, i have it listed on my German genealogy as place of christenings at the evangelist church. Sorry cant help with the rest lol i have to write everything down myself so i can understand it :)

Thank you for your attempt to help but I don't understand. Are you saying it's not the town of their birth but a christening place only? A church or similar place?

if that's true. I then I guess I need to find the town of birth. Any tips on how to best do that?

I'll appreciate any additional help in trying to find my Puschancestry.

Yes, evangelisch is a religion, its not a place of birth. Its German for "evangelist" which could mean Lutherin, Protestant etc depending on the church. It is not an actual area, it is showing theit religion. In my german genealogy charts they always put down the religion, then the area, then the township, then the wider area, then the country lol. Its like area codes. If you look online at each area name, you should see the exact area, town, country come up. Thats how its usualy listed on charts.

Cant help with the rest sorry. I only use what i can see on their birth, deaths, marriage certs and all that info is already listed on those from sites where they are already recorded. Hopefully a more experienced researcher can help you with more.
