How Do You Find Out Who Your Native Indian Ancestors Are

Hi, I'm looking to find info on which tribe, and even if possible the names of whom I am of relation to. I've always been interested in knowing who My kin is, and what they were like, where they lived, how they lived etc. I've heard my mothers side of the family had a lot of Sioux tribe, but don't know who? And my father also has Native Indian, but unsure who. Does anyone know of a blood or DNA you can do to find out this info?? Would be VERY Grateful for any help.
