How Do You Research Norway Records

I would like to know how to trace my ancestors in Norway.

According to Halstein Johnson's Victorian marriage cert in 1876:
He was married 9th november 1876, at bellarine, Geelong
Occupation: Seaman
Parents: Andrew Johnson (farmer)& Martha Nilson
Place of Birth: Bergen, Norway
DOB: 11th October 1846
Married: Elizabeth Jones (DOB 22nd November 1855, Dartmmor,England)
Parents: William Jones (Soldier)and Mary Solden

I think this is the family in Norway
