Mamari Urupa was also known as Mangamuka Marae so it is possible it is a family urupa

However, perhaps you could contact the Hokianga/Far North District Council and ask them

Hi there, its a family urupa for Nga Puhi descendants directly related to that particular hapu in Mangamuka. If you are related, you are expected to visit lol
If you are not related, please respect protocol and wash after on way out. Take own water in case theres none there. If in doubt, just go across the road from where marae is and ask for assistance from the Harris whanau to guide you or whomever seems to show up (seems to happen somehow) . Safe journey
