Hall Dunnerdale is approx midway between Ulpha and Seathwaite
I believe my Robert Casson did marry Jane Edgar. However I don't think Robert who married Elizabeth Stephenson is his father as he was a yeoman and on Robert's marriage certificate it says his father was a joiner. They did not appear to be wealthy. I have traced many Robert Cassons and have not yet found one who was a joiner. He was born in Ulpha and I think that his father may have been married twice as an Elizabeth Casson was buried in Ulpha in 1820. Robert Casson married Elizabeth Dawson in Ulpha in 1822.
