Martin married Maria Smith on the 28 May 1849 in Hobart .
They had a Son, Charles Octavius Cassius Dunphy on 16 November 1849.
I was told that he had Dunphy relatives in Tasmania,John Dunphy & Thomas Dunphy but I am not sure where they fit in.
