I Am Looking for Information of Jeremiah Stiles Born 2 May 1813 IN Wytham Berkshire

He was married firstly to Charlotte Hastings and Jane Phipps. From what I have seen on other sites his parents were Stephen Styles and Ann Bishop. I would like to know why the surname spelling changed from Styles to Stiles.
