I Am Looking for Records of Kathleen Templeman Who was Born IN 1861 IN Kirkby Underwood Lincolnshire

I am looking for the above person's birth records and information of her family in the 1871 census. She was living in London in 1881, and married Abraham Fovargue in Spalding, Lincolnshire, in 1882. I have been told she was a racehorse trainer and would like to find out more about that.
