I Am Looking John and Ann Mcglone Parents Name Specifically John Mcglones

I am looking John McGlone and Ann O'Conner parents name.
John McGlone (1842?) was born in Ireland, and immigrated to the US around the time of the potato famine.
Ann O'Conner(McGlone)(1842?) was born in Ireland, and immigrated to the US around the same time.

I have not found any records of them traveling together or knowing each other in Ireland.
