My maternal great grandparents are John W. Stroub and Helen M.Stroub (maiden name Helen Ryan) I have information on John's Family but have almost nothing on Helen's family. Her mother name was also Helen and I believe her maiden name was Downing. She was born in New York I believe and had a sister named Beth which I believe is short for Elizabeth and the may have also had a sister named Mary but not 100% sure. I believe their parents may have been born in Ireland.
