I have found some information on Hannah Biddle whilst searching for Biddle connection in my own tree.

Stephen Stevens & Hannah Biddle information in Australia, Hannah married at least three times.

NSW BMD on line has this

Marriages

2764/1858 STEVENS STEPHEN BIDDLE HANNAH WAGGA WAGGA

3144/1867 FENN ENOCK E STEPHENS HANNAH WAGGA WAGGA

5915/1889 CASTLE GEORGE FENN HANNAH WAGGA WAGGA

Couldn't find death of Steven but did find this one, which is about the right timing,

6105/1864 STEVENS RICHARD AGE 46 YEARS DIED WAGGA WAGGA WAGGA WAGGA

and this one for Enoch Fenn
11452/1884 FENN ENOCH E AGE 60 YEARS DIED WAGGA WAGGA WAGGA WAGGA

There are several children's births and deaths from her marriages and I think there is some Victoria connection after she married George Castle.

I believe Hannah was born abt 1842 in Bulcote Nottinghamshire and Stephen Stevens born in Berkshire.

You will need to do further research and obtain certificates to verify it is the same Stephen & Hannah.
