I Am Trying to Find Information on My Grandfather Fredrick Hedley Bish

I am trying to find information on my grandfather FREDRICK HEDLEY BISHOP he was born and raised in KENTUCKY. he was born abt. 1890/91. There is a census record of he in New York. However this is all the information I am able to find. If there is anyone who could help with any further information, it would greatly be appreciated.
