Christopher Ross is my GGGrandfather and lived in the Uarbry District, maybe lived at Rossville like his son Christopher James Ross and some of his children. He died falling from a horse in 1875. He is buried in Uarbry cemerty in a small family plot. The plot includes Dorothy Ross a possible daughter who died on 16/03/1878. Also John Ross a possible son who drowned at Tongay which was one of the early sheep station in the Uarbry district, John died 22/03/1884 aged 17 years and 4 months. This is about all I know. I have lots of info on Christopher James Ross his son, so any info or leads that can be supplied will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, your information confirms my thoughts as discribed above. I would be most interested in any doc that you have re his relocation to Australia. Do you have any details on Christopher Ross's spouse. Any info is always a help. My email address is ticknerc@bigpond.net.au
Once again thanks very much.
