I saw your query and I thought I could help. It took some digging but I knew that you had to really go to Wicklow, Ireland to actually get any records. So I found the death of The Rev. Frederick James Owens.
Oct. 17 - Probate of the Will of the Very Reverend Frederick Owen late of Coolkenno County Wicklow Dean of Loighlin who died July 3 1895 at the same place granted at Dublin to Louis Montfort of Killinure Tullow County Carlow Esq.

"Within this grave space rest the mortal remains of James Owens of Wicklow, his wife Mary Owens and His daughters Fanny, Mary, and Martha/also his son/ the Reverend Frederick James Owens, M.A./First Vicar of St. James Church, Chorley/Lancashire/his granddaughter Mary Jessie Bell/also his youngest the last surviving daughter Emily E.H. Owens.
I also found this from familysearch.com- James Owens Probate 19 June 1847 County Wicklow Ireland - Beneficiary Mary Owens Mary Owens Probate 16 May 1891 County Wicklow, Ireland - Beneficiary James F Owens.
This is as far as I got but Please let me know if you need more help. I had a difficult time trying to locate him but they had switched the name from Frederick James to James Frederick or James F. So If you go to that site Put his name in as I have it. Thanks for letting me to the research. smith41
Thank you Smith41. Wonderful information. I did have the second parts regarding the headstones and Jame's probate. But the name change was news to me. Although I can understand it. I think sometimes he was called "Fred" I am also trying to discover James's and Mary's parents. Also important is to find where in Wicklow they came from. Now another challenge for me is to find out who and what relationship Louis Monfort had to Fred! I'm also waiting on a reply from Chorley re Fred. I think I have discovered Mary in Griffith's Valuation Record Information. Shows a Mary Owens withthe landlord of Towncoms of Wicklow Wicklow, Barony: Arklow, Union: Rathdrlm, Parish: Kilpoole, Townland: Corperation lands, Place Name: Kilmanton Hill. Position on Page: 28, Printing date: 1854, Act: 15816, Street Number: 25, map Reference: 4322. This ties in with Mary's life. James died in 1847 and Mary in 1891. Thank you again fro your help.
