I have seen several responses to other Sitting Bull post on here,with detailed family lines, so you might go back through the lists of searches.
It seems to me that in my travels, I learned that their were two chiefs named Sitting Bull. I went to one canyon or park in NM where they said it was not the same Sitting Bull as the one we know from history.
I had planned to stop and google to try to get the story.
