I Need Help Looking for the Parents and Grandparents of William Dowler Born About 1810 and Died 1873

He lived in Tennessee and Missouri. He married twice, one with Susan Jane McCaughan in Knox County, Tennessee on March 1, 1830 and had 8 children. Then he also married Matilda Cuthbertson in Gasconade County Missouri on Oct. 6 1867. He was possibly born in either Ireland or Scotland or even England.
