I Need Help Trying to Find My Great Grandfather Charlie Hart

Charlie had to live in Wise Co,va in the 1890s, because he met and married my Gr. Grmother Manicie McConnell and had two children . One was my Grand mother Ollie Venus Hart, B. 1893, and her sister Verdy Elizabeth Hart B. 1896. In 1897 Manicie Hart said she was a widow on her marriage cert. when she maried W.B.Smith in Knox Co, Ky.I would be thankful for any help I could get. Thank you.
