Can someone try to look for parentage of Napoleon P.Conley-1825--1829.possible born in tri states --//Ky,Va,Tenn?Scott Cty,Lee Cty,Hancock,Tenn.Hawkins Cty,Tenn.Close knit there.It probably would take some really old info. about him.Like maybe in old papers of birth records in a Library,or Historical Society.Not much to go on!
