I have traced down most of the information you have here plus the divorce record for Lillian and Albert Ernest. I am having difficulty finding out about Andrew and Elizabeth Williams. I did come across something which suggests he might have been married to some one called Margaret - the suggestions was on a ZADE document listing women petitioners and said Andrew was thought to have fathered other children to an Eliza in the Koroit area.
Also Albert Ernest was a traveller and seems to have disappeared after the divorce from Lillian - some suggestion he moved on with another woman??
