Ida Mcmurtey

Yesterday, I found an obit on my husband's great grandmother. I knew her name because we have a fragile copy of the marriage certificate for John M. Carr and Ida McMurtey. I was able to find her in only one census for 1880 in Harmonsburg, Crawford, PA. Today, I have tried to find her in other censuses but I have had no luck. I discovered a book on Carr Family History. There are 556 pages so I don't know if this family is part of my husband's.
