Information About Alexander Peterson Born About 1829 Sweden Died 6 3 1917 England

Alexander was my 3rd great grandfather. He was a merchant seaman, I would love to know when he arrived in England, where about he was born in Sweden. I think his fathers name was Andrew/Anders. He married Isabella Fraser about 1858 in Liverpool. The last address I have for him is Brasenose road Bootle Lancashire 1891/1901. One of his sons was also called Andrew, who was my 2nd great grandfather. He was born 1865. Any information would be really appreciated, as I would like to tell my nan as much possible about her family history, she's 82 and has always been interested in her family heritage, she originally thought she was from Norwegian decent until I discovered a document on Findmypast or ancestry that said Sweden.
