Information on John Hays and Mary Ann Rhea Rhia Ray Green County TN

Hello- does anyone know the parents of John Hays born 1822 in Greenville TN? I have seen that John may be the son of Robert Hays (b. 1768) and Jane Montgomery, but I have not been able to “prove” this possibility.
Provided is the link to the Greene County 1850 Census that lists John and his family (at the bottom)

This is the details of the marriage records unfortunatly it does not list the parents names. It does have Mary Ann's nmae as Rhea

Did Mary Ann (Rhea) Hays and John Hays both die in TN ? when if you know ?

Hello - John Hays was buried in Missouri (in Scotland Co.). I think that Mary migrated with John and the children, but I cannot prove this.
