Irish Thompson S

Looking for info on my ancestor Elizabeth "Eliza" J. Thompson's parents. She was born 27 Dec 1844 in Omagh, Ireland. She married John Weston and they spent some time in Canada so her parents might have also.

I know her father's name is James Thompson born about 1820 in Ireland and her mother's name was possibly Eliza also. Would like any further records on them!
