Bit more info. On the 1910 census there is the below Sister in law

Darry Lee [Daisy Lee] Age in 1910: 21 Birth Year: abt 1889 Birthplace: Missouri.

Not sure sister in law to Isaac or Mary but it does state she is single. So could Mary J's surname be Lee !!
