On the 1851 census on FreeCen, there is an Isabella Holman in Lannarth, Gwennap with her parents James & Mary - together with Priscilla Pryor (mother-in-law to James).
Also in the household are Serilla, Arthur Hy & Hy John.
Whilst I cannot see any likely marriages, it would look as though James married Mary Ann Pryor (unless of course her mother had remarried and been widowed again).
Alternatively of course, there were no marriages and the women just took on the man's name.
