James Powell Susannah Buckhart Burkhart James Hall Clara Clary Thomas Powell Family of Harlan CO KY and Virginia

I'm looking for information on the POWELL family in Harlan Co, Ky and Lee co, Virginia!
My gggrandfather is James POWELL he was born 1789 in Virginia. He married Susannah (Susan)BUCKHART or BURKHART about 1839-1841. Where? When? Their children are Martha who md Ephraim BURGIN they lived in Jonesville, Lee County, Virginia. Elizabeth md Stephen SERGENT they divorced. Stephen was in Eastern Hospital at sometime. Solomon died in a prison camp in 1861. Calvin md Ferby GARRRETT. My grandfather was George Lewellyn POWELL who married Sarah Jane HALL daughter of James HALL & Clara THOMAS. I do not know when or where James POWELL, Susannah (Susan) BUCKHART BURKHART, Elizabeth POWELL SERGENT, Calvin POWELL when & where they died or are buried. Thank you for you time & help!
