Looking for information on Jane Sutherland who married John Wright in Sale Victoria in 1869.
Their children were William, John, James, Alexander, Janet, George and Elizabeth. Jane and John are buried in Rosedale Cemetery.

The above has the right names and is the only Jane I have found at the moment;
However the dates are all wrong for it to be your Sutherland/Wright. there's a big age difference and the above were married in 1855 not 1869.
I shall keep looking if you are positive of the dates.

I know the ones you mean. 1869 is the year of marriage.

Jane Wright died 1916 in Rosedale aged 70 yeras.
Parents named as William SUTHERLAND and Elizabeth BAIN.

John died 1919 in Rosedale aged 84 years.
Parents named as William WRIGHT and Janet MILLER.

Their seven children were all born in Rosedale.

Jane SUTHERLAND was born in Halkirk,Caithness, Scotland on the 4 November 1837 she died at Rosedale in Victoria of heart failure on the 30 May 1916. Her father was William SUTHERLAND, born on the 11 December 1799 in Latheron, Caithness, Scotland, and died on the 17 March 1879 in Dunn Watten, scotland he suffered from Chronic Rheumatism. Her mother was Elizabeth BAIN born on the 15 April 1801 at "The Cairn" Dunn Watten, Scotland and died on the 27 September 1876 at Dunn Watten, scotland of Stricture of the oesophagus.
William SUTHERLAND and Elizabeth BAIN were married in Watten, Caithness, Scotland on the 30 June 1826.
Their children were:-

Thank you so much for the above, some I had but the rest was great. Jane was the sister of John Sutherland 1840-1882 (died in Allandale, Vic). It is amazing what is not passed down the generations - the family were not aware that Jane came to Australia. Once again many thanks.
