John Anderson of Tennesee

I am looking for information on John Anderson. I found record of him on a bill of sale in Davidson County, TN. So I know he was in that area. He lived in the 1700s and had a daughter named Mary Anderson who is my 6th great grandmother. She was married to Robert Gowdy.
