John J Stenseng Ancestory
John J. Stenseng is my great grandfather and immigrated from Norway about 1870 and settled in Rushford, Minnesota. I am trying to trace the family to Norway. I believe his Fathers first name was Johannnes.
This is about as much as I know at the present.
I believe my GGGranfather Johannes Stenseng was from Hedmark but I have other info that he lived in Foten. I thank you for your previous response and hope this helps.
Assuming my GGGrandfather came from Hedmark Norway. Where do I go fro there. Where can I go to find more info on the Family ?
