John Wells Lancaster Lancashire 1757

I am currently researching the Wells family tree. We are a large group here in Australia originating from a convict pair - William Joseph Wells who was tried in the Isle of Ely, Cambridgeshire, England, and his wife Rebecca Dias (Dyers, Dryas) who was tried at the Old Bailey, they married at St Lukes, Liverpool in 1817. William was brutally murdered in 1823. Rebecca remarried in 1830 a David Rigby and died aged 62 in 1857. William and Rebecca had four children, William Cole Wells, Susannah Wells, Joseph Wells and Esther who was born four months after her father died. Currently researching Williams son Joseph Wells.
