Joseph Kroll OR Krolle of Prussia

I'm looking for Joseph Kroll or Krolle, could also be spelled Krull, came from Prussia.
He arrived in New Orleans on 1837 & then arrived in St Louis 1841. He married Gertrude Catherine Vinnemeyer (spelled different ways) in St Louis on Aug 1842. Marriage records shows his father as Jasper Kroll & mother as Elizabeth Felton. Not sure if the came into United States or what happened to them.
Children was: Mary - Agnes - Joseph - Franzisca - Catherina - Anton - Helen & (possible) Diannah. Most born in Monroe County, IL
