Have looked at CWG. This Henry William was the son of Edwin and Jane Hutchinson. He was killed in action in France on 26 Sept 1917.

John Thomas Hutchinson died at Horsham on the 15 October 1953. aged 97. He lived at 64 McPherson-street Horsham. He's buried in the Horsham Cemetery.
He was born on the 4 June 1856, at Black Swamp, Balmoral, 30 miles from Horsham. He was the second child in a family of 18 8 girls and 10 boys. He married Mary Jane Bell whom he knew in England and met in Australia, in 1853. when he was 27. He joined the Salvation Army at 37.
He was an expert shearer; could shear 100 sheep a day with blade shears.

His father William Morris Hutchinson was born in London and arrived in Geelong, Victoria in 1852. He went from Geelong to Black Swamp

His father married Jane Baker whom he knew in England and met again in Australia in 1853

Our Darragan Swamp correspondent writes:--
Some few weeks ago while visiting in Nurrabiel, I happened to call upon a
worthy old couple (Mr. John Baker and wife) whose family history is somewhat remarkable. Their united ages are 147 years, the husband being 73, and the wife a year older.
They have been married 53 years, and their descendants now number 103, as they had 12 children (7 of whom are now living); they have 67 grandchildren now alive,and 11 dead; their great grandchildren number 10, and there are 3 dead.
Mr. and Mrs. Baker are yet hale and hearty, and have spent nearly
30 years in the colony, principally in the Hamilton district where they are well-known and much respected.

Henry William Morris Hutchinson Snr., died intestate, at Nurrabiel, in 1881 aged 50. Probate was granted to his wife, Jane.
His estate sworn at £1,518-18-09, may be viewed through HERE and clicking on the blue numbers. The Will and Codocils of Jane Hutchinson may be found by searching the same her number is 186/181.

Picked up two more children for Henry and Jane in the death records, but no births have been located. May not have been born in Australia.

Lorenzo died in 1915. Officially killed in action at Gallipoli on 8 May 1915. There was an enquiry. He did not re-marry after Emma McWhirter died. He died intestate leaving £47. His sister Sarah listed as Next of kin.

Probate
No mention of Florence in probate or army records. His medals went to an aunt Mary Geddes of Warracknabeal.
However probate states there was no next of kin and therefore were looking at the brothers and sisters.
They list some brothers and sisters: Andrew, James and Thomas
and sisters Sarah Anne Hutchinson and Agnes Smyth of Armadale and Jane Martin.
Thomas could be John Thomas but I didn't have Andrew or James

This is not the same Lorenzo born in 1862 to Henry HUTCHINSON and Jane BAKER.

This Lorenzo was born in 1892 to Charles Henry HUTCHINSON and Agnes GEDDES married in Victoria in 1881. I have not followed this family line but expect they will be connected.

Obituary
Mrs. Henry Hutchinson, sen., a very
old and highly respected resident of
the Western Wimmera, passed away
yesterday afternoon at the residence
of her daughter, Mrs. B. Ballinger,
Pynsent-street. Horsham. She had
reached the advanced age of 85, and
until a couple of months ago had led
a very active life. Born at Stilton,
England, she came to Australia in
1852, landing at Geelong. She was
married at Balmoral in 1853, and sub
sequently lived with her husband at
Mount Sturgeon (Dunkeld), finally
settling at Nurrabiel in 1875. She
was widely known throughout the dis
trict for her splendid character and
good works. She was the mother of
18 children, 14 of whom are living:-

Cemetery at about 1 p.m.

The death occurred at Cottesloe
recently of Mr, Lorenzo Hutchinson
, at tbe age of 80 years.' The
deceased was well known in this
district and particularly in the
Dale area, where he resided for
22 years. He took up virgin
country at the Dale in 1904. settling
there with his family and
spending many years in the
development of the property, which is
now conducted by his only son,
Mr, Syd Hutchinson, who took
over in 1926, Mr. Hutchinson
then retired to Mosman Park
where he resided right up to the
time of his final illness which was
of a protracted nature. He is
survived by a widow, one son (Syd)
and three sisters (Mrs, A. E. Noon
en. Dale, Mrs.S, Rule, Dale, and
Mrs. W. Coles, Brookton). The
sympathy of many friends in these
parts is extended to the family in
their bereavement. The funeral
of deceased took place in the Ang
lican portion of the Karrakatta
cemetery on the 23rd of February
in the presence of many sorrow
ing relatives and friends,

A few more hours of searching the records indicates that Charles Henry HUTCHINSON, father of Lorenzo born in 1892, was the brother of Lorenzo HUTCHINSON 1862-1942.

Surprising what a few record and paper searches can achieve in such a short time.
