Kemp Thomas Christopher Married Victoria 1860

Thomas Christopher BRUTON KEMP married Margaret Enright -(my GG grandparents)in the goldfields of Victoria Australia in 1860.
I have history for Margaret Enright coming from Tasmania, but cannot trace any validated parentage for Thomas Kemp. He used the double surname of Bruton- Kemp, but all children were named KEMP and born at Stringer's Creek in the goldfield area of Victoria. My grandmother's name was Victoria Rachael and born 1880.
I am wondering if Patrick Bruton (Irish) is his father.
Anyone who has a Kemp connection knows anything about Thomas's parents?
