I may be able to help you. We are from the same line. Let me look at my books and I will get back to you. George Washington Duty was used frequently throughout the Duty clan, but, there's one from Mingo County, WV and one from Lawrence County, OH that may be the one you are looking for. Also, there is a website that has actual birth, death, and marriage certificates that you can print from a computer called http://www.wvculture.org/vrr/. Give it a try and I will look at my papers for you and get back to you.
