Lena OR Lina Boden

still looking for info on Lena Boden or lina Boden Ngairedith kindly posted a 1903 paeroa school mention of her along with another Boden who may have been a sister or cousin and as there are no birth cert for either of them wondering if they were wards of state. There was also comment about Paeroa catholic school connection.Have finally got back to research ,where would I get info about state wards or foster children.Lena would have been born about 1895 died 1936 in Panmure.one child my mother married Neil Mcdonald lived Auckland as adult, Paeroa as child but no info except on her wedding cert she named Jane Mccaskill and william Boden as parents.However on their death certs state (NO Issue) So would love to know who she is ...thanks Therese
