Lencia

My mother's surname is Lencia. I did not know how rare it was until I started doing her family tree. Her father was born in Rueglio, near Turin in Italy, and I was able to trace his family in Turin as far back as the late 1700s. The surname sounds spanish, and my DNA has traces of Spain and I found Lencia in southern Spain. Anyone else researching this last name?
