Dear Kriss, Hi. You should be able to find the LOCKWOODs parents names at NSW Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages online

And later on when you have more information ...
Search the entire xroyvision site for LOCKWOOD in the bottom left-hand corner

Hi Alison,
This has nothing to do with my family but the name Lockwood caught my eye and when you said you had Lockwood's in your tree, my father George Mason a Engineer did a lot of work with a Bob Lockwood a Architect from Inverell and I met someone at xmas 06 who said he grew up with his son and that he still lives in Inverell.
This is just for interest sake (6 degrees of seperation)

Kriss, You're welcome. Perhaps after more research is done on your LOCKWOODs there may be a connection after all. I have my tree at GenesReunited.

Hi David, Interesting indeed. And yes it is a small world after all. I feel as though I have all the Inverell, Glen Innes etc. families from NSW in my tree!

Regards,
Alison

Kriss I also have the Thornton Page and Lockwoods in my family tree. If you watched Sigrid Thornton on the SBS series who do you think you are, you will find you deascended from the same convict Sylvester Thornton
