Looking for Ancestors of George Cairns Born 1871

He left Ireland when he was about 17 years old and sailed aboard the SS Coptic to New Zealand, arriving in Auckland 15 March 1888.
I don't know the names of his parents, but he had at least 2 or 3 sisters - Maryanne and/or Maggie, and Bridget.
Any help you can give will be most appreciated.

hi there I do know that this man is my great great grandfather...he married a lady towai taiapo and had my great grandfather. Settled in a rural town called Ruatahuna Nz I would like to know more about the Irish links if you know?
