Looking for Ancestors of Pehi Karaka

My cousins and I have been trying to find history on our great grandfather, Pehi Karaka. All we know is that he married Purehina Kukutai, lived down Port Waikato, moved to Te Kohanga, had 5 children, one of them being my grandfather Bob Pehi Karaka (Aka Pangu)who married Te Hiria Moka nee Moore, Danga, Durry, Hunk, Piko. Those are the only names I have been given.
Would be so thrilled if anyone out there has got more info for us.
