Thank you poorone. Unfortunately familysearch.org has not been of help in finding the ancestry of these two ancestors. It is their parentage I am looking for. As to where the family lived, the trail turns cold in England where Obadiah came from: too many Coopers means a lot more digging. As to Sarah, again I will need to look much deeper unless someone gives me a hint. The trouble is that around that time many families immigrated that you never quite know where from.
