My G'mother was Eva Ellen Drake, whose mother and dad are Theadore Drake and Louise Craddock, who were from the Cherokee decendents. I am trying to find out the names of the full blooded parents of Theadore Drake who is said to be half or quarter cherokee. I have the parents of Theadore Drake as Samuel A. Drake and Margaret Miller. I was told that the Drake family goes back to Sir Francis Drake. I have also found out that my G'mother had a sister named Ruby Drake Bailey. Her husband was Dewey Bailey.
