Looking for Anseth of Norway

I have been researching the ANSETH name, it is my mothers name and I have hit a wall. The parents of Bernt Anseth were from Norway and are Christian Bergerson Anseth and mother Malene Pedersdatter, or Patterdatter. I would like more information on Christian and Malene. I would also like more clarification on Malene's maiden name. Any information is helpful.
