Looking for Any Connections to the Arano Whanau Originally from Tauroa Ahipara Northland of New Zealand

kia ora,my name is Vanessa Allen and iv grown up under the social welfare dept of nz.i finally found my birth father David George Allen in 1991,i have pieces of the puzzle to my family tree,my grand father was Haki koti Arano,i think his fathers name was Koti Pene Arano whom was a Ratana Priest he was born 1899c-25.09.1952 and his
wife was Pare Heta from i think Kaeo,deceased 1966.im trying to establish the names of brothers and sisters either side of Koti Pene Arano and either side of Haki Koti Arano,im aware Haki had brothers,Barney and Harry aka Paneta and Te Ngore Arano,remembering that our tupuna were known by numerous names depending on tribal connections.my father David is the son of Haki.K.Arano.somewhere through the 1900 century our surname changed to Allen,i think this had to do with european influence.if there is anyone out there that can provide any help would be much appriecative
