This is not enough data to work with. Do you at least know what country John & Kate was born in or died in. You must have some data to have got back to John 1845. Children perhaps. You know both names and surnames so I assume you know when/where they married.
No I cannot find record of marriage or birth for either - hence the question. However, I do know that they had several children: George, William, John, Thomas, Fanny, Florence. I have found these on public member trees through Ancestry.Com. Cannot find birth/death registration for some of the children, but have found a record of a death certificate for their son John in 1946 and have ordered a copy of this. The search continues...
